Meet Zaida
What was your path to becoming a PSR?
I have always had a passion for helping people. I started in the Medical Field as a Laboratory Technologist at a hospital. Being interested in helping patients, I was considering becoming a doctor. After self-reflection and understanding my passion for helping people live life to the fullest, I decided to pursue a career where I can inspire people to believe in the possibility of achieving their full potential.
What should someone know about working with you?
I create individual sessions that are stress-free and encourage my clients to participate in fun activities to learn skills and gain knowledge essential for everyday life. I am dedicated to making each session a positive experience for all my clients. I coach clients in various social skills techniques that address problem-solving, accompanied by healthy relationship building. Additionally, my clients are taught individual development, independent living, and vocational skills. My coaching techniques are based on helping my clients feel a sense of autonomy. For me, three very important qualities I value are honesty, loyalty, and respect.
