Our MATCH-ADTC Solution

  • The Modular Approach to Therapy for Children – Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Conduct (MATCH-ADTC) is a proven counseling program that helps children dealing with a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and difficulties related to ADHD. It's designed to address multiple problems at once effectively giving children, teens, and families the support they need to feel better.

  • MATCH-ADTC is for Children, Teens, and Families between the ages of 6-17 years old.

MATCH-ADTC requires caregiver participation to assist the child or teen in gaining the necessary tools to manage symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Behavioral concerns.

  • Compared to traditional counseling services, MATCH-ADTC typically lasts between 10-23 sessions based on your family's progress and needs.

  • Clients and families have reported faster improvements and quicker results compared to traditional treatment methods. The length of treatment was shorter, and symptoms decreased much faster. They also needed fewer extra services, like ongoing counseling or case management, both during treatment and afterward.

Additionally, clients used fewer medications. This approach gives youth, parents, and other caregivers practical tools to manage symptoms in any setting—whether at home, school, or in social situations.

MATCH-ADTC uses proven, evidence-based methods to help clients reach their treatment goals in just 10 to 23 sessions.

  • Each week, you and your child will work together to identify the biggest challenges you're facing and rate how severe those challenges are. You’ll also answer questions about these challenges to help track progress.

MATCH is supported by a helpful tool called CHART (Clinical Health Assessment Response Tracking System), which is an easy-to-use online program. Through this system, you and your child will complete a quick survey each week—whether you’re meeting with your clinician or not—via a link sent to your email.

You and your clinician can then review your progress over time using a simple graph that shows:

    • The progress made

    • The skills that have been used

    • The challenges that are still there

Your clinician will also keep track of the strategies and tools used in counseling to monitor and discuss your child’s progress throughout the treatment.

MATCH Testimonials

From Our Clients

"MATCH was very invaluable to our family. Our therapist, Shavon, was able to teach us new skills in increasing family support for each other which has brought us closer together. Our child learned coping strategies that he was able to grasp and utilize whenever he needed it. Seeing the improvement gave us hope and confidence."

-HR

"In a short time, the match program has helped my daughter and our family navigate her anxiety outside of the house to her behavior at home and everything in between. Sitting in the sessions with her has made our day-to-day life easier by giving us tools that make it easier to explain things to my child and for me to understand her feelings and help her from there. Therapy is something we look forward to doing together!”

-KK

“The MATCH program helped our family dynamic turn around quickly and gave us the means to manage and cope in various circumstances with confidence. The therapist was highly proficient and not only gave us the support and the tools we needed but encouraged us, followed up with us, and gently nudged us when we needed to redirect. This was no easy task considering we are grandparents raising our grandson who is extremely hyperactive and has autistic tendencies. We are all much happier together and our grandson is starting to shine."
