  • Registered with the State of Florida's 491 Board as a Clinical Intern (RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI).

  • Licensed as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Free Clinical Supervision for RMHCI’s, RCSWI’s, and RMFTI’s with the State of Florida

  • Must maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.

A Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSR) specializes in providing in-person, supportive services to clients ages 12 years and older considered “at-risk youth” and adults in the Central Florida area to restore and foster daily living skills, including

• Skills Training:
  Help individuals build key life skills like communication, problem-solving, and self-care, while boosting their confidence in a supportive environment.

• Group Support:
  Lead group sessions that promote social connections, resilience, and healthy coping strategies, addressing emotional challenges within the group.

• Community Involvement:
  Assist with accessing community resources, activities, and job opportunities, while advocating for the inclusion of people with mental health challenges.

• Tracking Progress:
  Monitor clients’ progress and keep open communication with their support team, ensuring accurate records of their goals and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Education, or any related social service field.
