Establishes rapport and gains trust with assigned clients or families.
Meets weekly documentation deadlines, including Progress Notes.
Communicates effectively with the administration team.
Attends Monthly Supervision meetings.

Minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Must meet one of the following:
Eligible for Licensure through the State of Florida's 491 Board.
Registered with the State of Florida's 491 Board as a Clinical Intern (RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI).
Licensed as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.

Free Clinical Supervision for RMHCI’s and RCSWI’s with the State of Florida
Must maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Education, or any related social service field.
Experience or interest in supporting individuals with mental health challenges. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and effective communication.
Able to work well with a team and connect with clients, families, healthcare providers, and the community.
