Vittoria graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with areas of focus in psychology and social sciences, then later graduated from the same university with a Master of Arts in Counselor Education. Vittoria works with all ages and backgrounds and specializes in working with teens, families, and various diagnoses and concerns. Vittoria also specializes in working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and stress management. Vittoria utilizes a humanistic, strengths-focused, and trauma-informed approach along with deriving from family systems therapy and Gestalt therapy.

What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
I always knew I wanted to help and support people on a one-on-one basis, I just didn't know in what way. After meeting friends I admire in the field, and receiving support from incredible clinicians myself, I felt I had finally found my calling. 

What should someone know about working with you?
I greatly value two things in session- your comfort, as it is important to have a safe space to share anything under the sun, and your discomfort- in healthy doses, as it is needed to grow.
