Mental Health Therapist

Vittoria graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with areas of focus in psychology and social sciences, then later graduated from the same university with a Master of Arts in Counselor Education. Vittoria works with all ages and backgrounds and specializes in working with teens, families, the Latinx community, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Vittoria also specializes in working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and stress management. Vittoria utilizes a humanistic, strengths-focused, and trauma-informed approach along with deriving from family systems therapy and Gestalt therapy.
