Meet Tona
What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
Being adopted, I saw a couple of therapists growing up but never quite clicked with them. I wanted to go into therapy and bring my style to traditional talk therapy and help people truly feel heard and understood.
What should someone know about working with you?
Authenticity is something I value. I am the same person in therapy as I am with my own family.
