Support Groups
Our groups and supportive activities are open to our local community. There is no fee or requirements for attending group activities unless listed otherwise. Please feel free to bring a friend or simply be open to joining a positive support system. We kindly request you send an email to the group facilitator if you plan to attend or if you have any further questions. Thank you!
Grief Support Group
April 16th | 11:00-12:00 PM EST
In partnership with the Mental Health Association of Central Florida, this group is offered for FREE for adults grieving due to the loss of a loved one (family, significant other, pet, etc) or any grief affiliated with lifestyle changes and COVID-19. We welcome you to join this support system for additional comfort, resources, and guidance. Topics covered in this group involve the stress of grief, tips for coping during the anniversary dates/holidays, and learning how to reach out for help during difficult times.

Adult PSR Skills Group

We are now offering an Adult PSR Skill Group for ages 18 years+! This group will strive to empower clients by providing the opportunity to learn and strengthen independent living and vocational skills.

This group is for ACTIVE PBS CLIENTS ONLY.*
The Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group is for PBS teen clients and their parents. Teens and Parents will learn and practice skills to improve insights, emotional regulation, and self-confidence, and reduce anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and thoughts of self-harm.

PSR Skills Group

The PSR Skills Group empowers clients ages 12-19 to build skills by engaging in activities related to daily living, social engagement, and vocational skills. In addition, the PSR Skills Group offers peer support and increases socialization. You are not alone!
