Meet Stephen

What was your path to becoming a Mental Health Therapist?
As a former pastor, I often encountered individuals facing challenges that extended beyond my pastoral training. I found it deeply frustrating not to have the tools necessary to support them effectively. This experience inspired me to pursue formal education and training in mental health, with the goal of better equipping myself to serve those in my care.

What should someone know about working with you?
I prioritize creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and experiences. I deeply value each client’s autonomy and work collaboratively to empower them in their personal growth and decision-making.
