Meet Sherry
“I am committed to authenticity, providing genuine support, and addressing real-life experiences in an honest and direct manner.”
What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
A pivotal moment in my journey toward becoming a therapist was navigating the experience of supporting my child through teenage parenthood. This personal experience has broadened my perspective and deepened my empathy for families facing similar challenges. It helped me recognize the importance of understanding individuals’ unique stories rather than making assumptions about their circumstances. Today, I am grateful for these experiences, which have shaped both my personal growth and my professional path.
What should someone know about working with you?
As a therapist, I am committed to authenticity, providing genuine support, and addressing real-life experiences in an honest and direct manner.
