Meet Nicole

What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
My path to becoming a Mental Health Therapist was driven by a deep desire to help others. After discovering the field of social work, I began my career as a case manager, where I had the opportunity to support individuals in various capacities. This experience fueled my passion for making a more significant impact, leading me to pursue a degree in Social Work. Now, I am excited to apply my knowledge and skills to help clients navigate their mental health journeys, particularly in areas such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and communication.

What should someone know about working with you?
Working with me means entering a judgment-free zone where your well-being is the top priority. I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to identify your strengths and develop strategies to overcome challenges. My goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
