Meet Mica
“I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.”
What was your path to pursuing the mental health field?
I began my career in case management and quickly discovered I wanted to do more than connect people with resources. I developed a passion for understanding how people think, operate, and navigate life's challenges. I became fascinated by the ways our experiences shape who we are and influence our relationships, emotions, and behaviors. That curiosity and desire to support people on a deeper level led me to pursue a career as a therapist.
What should someone know about working with you?
I am bubbly, energetic, and passionate about helping people achieve their goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My therapeutic style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices to help clients better understand their thoughts, manage stress, and develop healthier coping strategies. I believe therapy should be both empowering and practical, giving clients tools they can use in their everyday lives.
