Krishawna graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Elementary Education. With over 10 years of experience working with children and families in the education field, she developed a strong passion for supporting and advocating for individuals beyond the classroom. This led her to pursue and earn a Master's degree in Mental Health and School Counseling from Walden University.

Krishawna continues to serve children and families within the educational setting while also offering both virtual and in-person counseling sessions. She works with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Krishawna integrates various therapeutic modalities into her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art/Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques.
