Mental Health Therapist

Kady graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology, she graduated with her Master of Science in Counseling. Kady has been employed in the Social Service field for over 15 years, her roles have included: Juvenile Probation Officer, Guardian Ad Litem, Senior Substance Abuse Case Manager, and Prevention Specialist. Miss Harrigan's experience involves working for years with clients of all ages and specializes in working, teenagers, women's issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, social anxiety, family functionality, low self-esteem, and low motivation. Kady is well versed in different therapy styles and uses such therapy modalities as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Care.
