Joseph has been a practicing mental health therapist for over 2 years and has over 10 years of experience in counseling. He works with clients of all ages and specializes in anxiety, conduct, parenting, depression, and trauma. Joseph is well-versed in several therapy strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and MATCH.

What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
My path to mental health started when both my children had bad experiences in school with guidance counselors. I decided I wanted to be someone children could come to and feel heard.
What should someone know about working with you?
I pride myself on not being a typical therapist. I like to create a calming and comforting environment designed to help clients work through any concerns or issues they are dealing with.
