Positive Behavioral Solutions

Helping People Achieve Positive Outcomes

Diane Swindler, M.S.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist

Diane has over 10 years of experience in the field, applying her Master’s in Cultural Psychology to assist people of all ages and from all walks of life in achieving their goals. Diane also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. For Diane, wellness is a passion, and mental health is very important to me, especially since she has family members who suffer from some form of mental illness.

Diane’s background includes six years in case management, where she provided guidance and resources to parents, children, and teachers, and five years as a clinician developing treatment plans, conducting treatment reviews, counseling, providing parent training, and therapeutic play to treat behavior issues. She is passionate about helping others by guiding those facing various life challenges and equipping them with the skills to overcome life's hurdles. I believe in living in wellness while tackling these challenges, which is why I chose to work as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist with PBS.

Meet Diane

I believe in living in wellness while tackling challenges.
— Diane Swindler, M.S.

What was your path to becoming a PSR?
I transitioned into the mental health field from business because of my passion for people and helping them be the best they can be. I focus on enhancing the abilities people already possess and developing new skills to help them succeed in life.

What should someone know about working with you?
I’m Diane, your Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist, but that is not all I am. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I moved to Florida five years ago and love the weather every day. I am the mother of two purrfect four-foot children, two human children, and eight grandchildren. I enjoy gaming, beaches, and Harley’s.
I believe no one is perfect and we all have challenges in life, even I. But I also believe we can all overcome them and be the best version of ourselves. I’m here to help.
