Crystal was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, and has always had the drive to help others! Crystal currently works as a school social worker at a middle school where she showers scholars with love and support.

What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
As a former foster care youth, I understand firsthand the importance of support, healing, and guidance. I am committed to giving back to the community that shaped me.

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and connection. I will always lend a listening ear to all. With my bubbly personality and warm, down-to-earth style, I aim to create a safe and comfortable space where my clients can feel seen and supported.
