Meet Christine
What led you to become a mental health therapist?
I have always been interested in people and what shapes us into who we are. My interest in psychology led me to pursue a career in counseling. I have always found it rewarding to listen to people, understand their experiences, and help them recognize their strengths. Being able to support someone through a difficult time and see them grow is what continues to make this work meaningful to me.
What should someone know about working with you?
I want people to know they do not have to have everything figured out when they come to me. I believe in creating a comfortable and supportive environment where people can feel safe being themselves. I listen without judgment, meet people where they are, and work with them toward where they want to go. My goal is for people to feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward positive change.
