What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
After going through a toxic, narcissistic relationship that ended in divorce, and getting support and healing through counseling, I wanted to help other people recover from their traumatic experiences to be able to live a fulfilling life.
What should someone know about working with you?
When you are ready for recovery, I am here to be your guide and support while navigating you through toxic relationships, finding peace and calm within, becoming your authentic self, and discovering hope for the future.
