Meet Caitlin
What was your path to becoming a mental health therapist?
My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by my childhood, watching my mother build her own therapy practice. I’ve always been deeply curious about the human experience, particularly how our relationships and environments influence our inner world and sense of spirituality. After working with a few wonderful therapists myself, I knew that this was the right path for me.
What should someone know about working with you?
I take a holistic approach to working with individuals and families, understanding that each person’s journey is unique and influenced by many aspects of their life. I focus on building a strong, genuine connection with my clients, ensuring they feel truly comfortable, safe, and accepted from the very beginning. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to express themselves openly and explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe that healing happens when we feel understood, and I’m committed to fostering that sense of trust and belonging in every session.
