Ashley’s background includes experience in counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation, psychological assessment, and group facilitation. She is trained in EMDR, DBT, and Gottman Method Level 1, and also holds certifications in SYMBIS and as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Whether in individual or group settings, her approach is always guided by respect for each person’s unique journey and inner wisdom.

What was your path to becoming a Mental Health Therapist?
While pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, I met incredible individuals and found my nice within the field, focusing on supporting the mental well-being of our youth. After graduating, I continued my studies and pursued a Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Central Florida.


What should someone know about working with you?
At the core of my work is a deep belief that healing happens through genuine connection, compassion, and feeling truly heard. As a person-centered therapist, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and stories without judgment—just honesty, empathy, and presence.
