“One step in the right direction can make a meaningful difference.”
What was your path to becoming a PSR?
My passion for mental health advocacy started with my experiences and grew as I worked in the educational field. I saw firsthand how mental health impacts daily life and wanted to be part of the solution. I want to help people find real, practical ways to build confidence and independence, which led me to psychosocial rehabilitation.
What should someone know about working with you?
I focus on setting realistic, achievable goals and integrating them into daily life in a way that works for you. I am open-minded, and empathetic and value new perspectives. I am dedicated to finding what works best for you and creating solutions that meet your needs. I value progress over perfection and understand that growth takes time and trust.
