Our groups and community activities are open to anyone that is interested in participating. There is no fee or  requirements for attending group activities unless listed otherwise. Please feel free to bring a friend or simply be open to joining a positive support system. POSITIVE DIRECTIONS: Teen Support Group  5:00-6:00 PM

FREE Positive support group for teens, this group meets on a monthly basis. Group involves social skills training, vocational skill training and independent living skills training. All teens ages 12 and older are welcome. Please check out our website for updated activity details! All are welcome to attend!

Positive support group for females interested in engaging in women topics such as self-esteem, relationships, leadership, problem solving, etc. Goal is to help women build assertiveness and improve self-esteem. Every month group participants will address different topics of interest to discuss at group. This group is FREE and open to the communty, hope you can join us!

Caring for plants has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, shifting your mind to focus and notice what is growing in your surroundings can make a difference and improve your mental health.

This fun self-care activity will involve learning how to make your own terrarium, and understanding how your new plants will add positivity to your environment and improve your well being.

Positive parenting group is a group catered to parents who need further guidance with learning hands on techniques with handling behavioral concerns for their children. Parents are welcome to bring their children along as there will be a separate social activity group for kids. Partnering with Mental Health Association of Central Florida, offering a FREE support group for our community.

This support group is for adults grieving due to the loss of a loved one (family, significant other, pet, etc). We welcome you to join this support system for additional comfort, resources, and guidance. Topics covered in this group involve stress of grief, tips for coping during the holidays, and learning how to reach out for help during difficult times. Rutgers University Adoption Competency Training Program will benefit mental health professionals, targeted case managers, child welfare staff, adoption case managers, and other community professionals who work with adoptive children and their families. We are offering this 5 day course to help professionals gain more knowledge as it relates to adoption.
